People in England shielding from COVID-19 will be allowed to meet other people outdoors in groups of 6 from 6th July onwards.
Shielders living alone/Single parents with children can create a "support bubble" with one other household of any size.
The government's shielding support package which delivers food and medicine remains available during this period of time to help people adjust to the changes.
2.2 Million 'shielders' in England must follow this guide until end of July.
Those who cannot work from home, will be allowed to return to the office from 1st August.
Children who are extremely clinically vulnerable will be allowed to return to their respective education settings.
Shielders are advised to follow strict rules of social distancing, and frequently wash their hands.
'Shielders' are currently still expected to remain at home as much as possible.
However, children, may be advised to 'shield' in future.

The World Health Organisation reported that obesity has reached epidemic proportions globally - 2.8 million people die each year as a result of obesity.
50.1% of Malaysians are obese.
The National Health and Morbidity Survey (NHMS) 2019 reported that reported that obesity levels were high among women (54.7%), ethnic Indians (63.9%), people from age 55 - 59 (60.9%).
The NHMS 2019 report stated that children (29.8%) between the ages of 5 - 17 are overweight, 14.8% classified as obese.
In 2011, only 3.9% children were considered obese.
The average Malaysian's life expectancy remains at 75 years old because of NCDs such as: diabetes, kidney failure and heart diseases.
