The platform is a public e-commerce website and has a test centre management system built with "track and trace" and "digital check-in" functions.

Summary:
Taiwan and WHO continue to spar over an email that was sent to the International Health Regulators (IHR) on 31st December 2019.
WHO claims that the email received from Taiwan CDC only requested for more information about the virus, but did not warn them about human-to-human transmission.
However, The Central Epidemic Command Centre of Taiwan explained that the words "atypical pneumonia" used in the letter was self-explanatory as the term meant a disease transmitted between humans caused by Coronavirus.

Malaysia's COVID-19 cases have been on decline since the implementation of the MCO on 18th March.
The government will set a date for schools to reopen and provide a 2 weeks notice.
The government decided to allow foreigners participating in the MM2H programme to enter the country from Sunday, but must first undertake a 14 day quarantine.
