  • Connecticut Children's Medical Center (Hartford) launched: (1) helpful digital resources using videos and blogs to reassure families, (2) practical tips to help kids celebrate their birthdays during COVID-19, (3) virtual health visits, and (4) radio spots featuring infectious disease experts, etc.

  • Advocate Aurora (Illinois) Health launched: (1) virtuals check-ins, (2) universal masking, (3) social distancing through rearranged waiting areas, (4) sharing stories of how the hospital's frontliners (nurses and doctors) handled the virus, (5) listening tours and input sessions to understand gaps in the consumer's knowledge regarding COVID-19 and how develop informative content to fill those gaps, etc.
